Depending on the Mutual Fund you have invested in, it takes 2-3 working days for Units to be allocated. Once allocated, you receive a confirmation from Indiafundbazaar and AMC on your registered email address.
If you haven't got units allocated even after 3 working days, please connect with Indiafundbazaar Customer Care with transaction id.
Usually payment confirmation is sent instantly once the investment is made. However if it has been more than 48 hours, please connect with Indiafundbazaar Customer Care with your transaction id.
In the case of an such event, payment is automatically reversed immediately and reflects in your Bank Account within 24-48 hours. If this has not happened, please write to us with your transaction id.
If payment via Net Banking / Debit Card failed and money was not debited, units will not get allocated.
If payment was through AutoPay and the auto-debit failed, you might receive communication regarding unit allocation for the scheduled transaction. However, these units will be reversed within 24-48 hours.
SEBI mandates that Investments must be made through your verified Bank Account, and not through a line of credit.
Hence investments via Credit Cards & Indiafundbazaar Wallet (which can be funded by Credit Card or Cashback or Vouchers) are not permitted on Indian fundbazaar.
All Banks are supported for Physical NACH Mandate Process.
