Which bank account is used for Investment?
How do I use different bank accounts for investing?
My money got deducted, but my investments do not reflect in my Portfolio. What’s the issue?

Investments can be made from your verified bank account on Indiafundbazaar via Netbanking,Cheque or Debit Card.
Automated SIP investments can be done from registered AutoPay of any of your verified bank accounts.

SIP investments are made through automated AutoPay mandates with your verified bank account.
If you have just one-mandate it will become the default mode of making SIP investments. To add another bank account, you need to register a fresh mandate and it can be set as default once approved.

We update your portfolio when we receive unit allocation and payment confirmation from the AMC(s). This may take upto 2 to 3 business days from the date of your successful payment depending on the type of mutual fund scheme you have invested in. Meanwhile, you can track your transactions from the "Transaction" tab which can be accessed from "Profile" menu.

Redemption Bank Account

Which Bank is used for Redemption when I sell the Investments?
I placed Redemption Request, but Money is not deposited to my Bank Account

Whenever you place a redemption request the money will be credited in the bank account which is marked as default on Indiafundbazaar.
Once you place a redemption request, the Bank Account to which the amount is credited is displayed to you and also shared in the email you receive.

Firstly, check which Bank Account is linked and set as default option on Indiafundbazaar.
Depending on the type of Mutual Fund, timeline for redemption or withdrawal of amount to Bank Account is as follows:
a. Equity Funds: 2-3 working days
b. Balanced Funds: 2-3 working days
c. Debt Funds: 1-2 working days
d. Insta - Redemption Funds: Instant credit upto Rs.50,000 or 90% of your Investment whichever is lower and remaining credited in next 2 working days.

How to Add a Bank Account
How many Bank Accounts can I add ?

In Profile section, you can add a New Bank Account under the "Bank Accounts" section.
Add required details for new Bank Account, upload the proof of account and post verification it will be listed here for you to make Investments from this Bank Account.
While we add the account instantly post verification, it takes 7-10 business days to register this account with respective AMCs.

You can add maximum 5 Bank Accounts to your Indiafundbazaar account.
However only one account can be set as default option to which Redemptions can be made. While we add the account instantly post verification, it takes 7-10 business days to register this account with respective AMCs.
